This program encourages businesses to mobilize their employees and raises awareness of existing opportunities and the impact of health on economic success.
Fit15: FitWorth is challenging local businesses to give employees 15 minutes to exercise during the workday, every day. A little bit of exercise goes a long way to making Fort Worth a healthier place to live, work, and play — while improving workplace productivity at the same time. This program features on-site visits from Mayor Betsy Price to walk with employees and is a unique way for businesses to connect with the FitWorth movement.
The FitWorth Challenge: This program employs the FitTrack technology to offer a tracking challenge for Fort Worth businesses and organizations.
FitWorth Healthy Restaurant Crawl: During the FitWorth Challenge, more than 20 local restaurants feature FitWorth-friendly menu items on walkable, bikeable, and family-friendly routes for a fabulous foodie tour of Fort Worth.
